Iptivia Referral Partner. A Referral Partner helps clients select Iptivia and coordinates with the Iptivia sales team, committing the time and resources required to deliver cost-effective solutions to their customers. They deliver a wide range of services, including consulting, project management, and integration and implementation.

Iptivia Reseller Partner. A Reseller Partner sells Iptivia software and delivers value-added integration services that complement the Iptivia solution, including installation, customization, project management and solution integration. A Reseller Partner also provides ongoing customer support with a dedicated support infrastructure.

Technology Partners

	IBM/Tivoli: Integration with IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus®: RouteDynamics provides an out-of-the-box alarm integration with umbrella management systems. Alarms are sent either using SNMP (version 1 or 2c) or syslog messages. The alarm integration with Netcool/Omnibus uses SNMP traps with the mttrapd probe. RouteDynamics deploys through a set of carrier-ready network appliances and a PC-based management console.
