Our products are appliances pre-loaded with proprietary software. There are two types of appliances:
- Listeners, which passively collect the raw real-time data
- Servers, which store the real-time data and perform analysis and remediation
A typical network of 100 or more routers may require two or three appliances. The system is fully distributed and fault-tolerant. A series of software products run on these appliances, providing value to different constituencies within the customer organization.
